Technology Upgrade Alert!

 ATTENTION ONLINE BANKING CUSTOMERS:  As a loyal customer we wanted you to be the first to know that we are making upgrades to our Online Banking technology. The new platform will provide enhanced Online Banking features and functionality and quicker transaction processing. 

As we transition to the new platform, we are asking customers to update their usernames to meet our new platforms’ requirements. The new requirements are as follows:   

  • Username must be eight (8) or more characters in length
  • Username cannot be an email address
  • Username cannot include special characters (e.g. %@_!@#)

If your username does not meet one or more of the above criteria, we ask that you please update your username before May 31, 2018.  Updating your user name will ensure the best customer experience as your Online Banking access will not be interrupted at the time of the transition.

Consumers- You can view and edit your user name by clicking on the “My Setting” tab on the top right of your screen after you log in.

Business- Business Admins, please contact us at 203-805-5825 to update your user IDs. Admins are responsible for changing the user IDs of their sub users.
